Welcome to Platina, the Ar tonelico wiki that even a Funbun would be able to edit!

Platina is a comprehensive encyclopedia that encompasses everything about Ar tonelico, its various related media, its characters, and everything about its engrossing and expansive world: Ar Ciel. Oh, and since some articles make use of the games' own languages: Hymmnos, Carmena Foreluna, and Ar Ciela, make sure to grab both the Hymmnos and Ar Ciela fonts before beginning to read up.

  • September 8th
Announcement from Gust that the Supporteil service will be terminated this December 31th. Users won't be able to log into them anymore after that date.
  • August 31th
Live Broadcast of the Thank You, Ar Portal! The Last Dinner!? event. Due to a sudden interruption, it'll be rebroadcasted later on. The date for the broadcast will be revealed in the Ar Portal later on.
  • August 26th
Final Toukousphere issue. There will be a live event this Wednesday 31th conducted by Akira Tsuchiya and Atsunori Kawachi broadcasted through NicoNico Live and UStream, which will serve as the farewell for the series. SAid event will begin at 7:00 pm (Japan Time).
Confirmation from the SAME Creative Music & Sound Producer 田畑三津広 (Wacha) that series' composer and arranger Takashige Inagaki passed away on November 2009 from a brain tumor. May his soul rest in peace...

The Toukousphere had its final normal issue. Next week, it will be an special Flash Toukousphere to serve as farewell to the column.

The Ar Portal has begun a festival to celebrate its fifth anniversary. Likewise, it has announced that it won't receive more updates after this August 31th.
  • July 22th
New section of the Ar Portal opened. This section deals with the Ar Portal's development story, and it's called Ar Portal of My Youth.
  • July 8st
The Ar tonelico Summit 2011 had its final issue. It will be replaced by a new section (contents still unknown at the moment) on this July 22th.

Ar tonelico Qoga is released on the US.
  • February 15th
Ar tonelico 3 Light Novel announced and released.

Ar tonelico 3 Drama CD -Side Tyria- After-story released.
Hymmnos Musical Mini Vocal Album -Cocona-, a mini album containing full versions of all the songs from the Hymmnos Musical Cocona, was announced for a February 23th release.
Ar tonelico Qoga official English site opened. Tentative release date: March 17th, 2011.
The Ar Portal begins a campaign to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the Ar tonelico series.

The Technical Data Room had its final session yesterday, and starting the 24th, it will be replaced by a new section focused on the interaction between fans, called the Ar tonelico Summit 2011.
The Hymmnos Musical Vocal Best -Claire & Spica- album, containing full versions for all the songs contained in the two original Hymmnos Musicals, will be released this 22th.
The Ar tonelico 3 Drama CD -Side Tyria- After-story, featuring an story focused on the meeting of the three Origin Reyvateils, and the encounter between the heroines from the three games, will be released next January.
