Question: what does Saki_zx.ZERO_CATEGORY.fredojunktion means? Is it her name, or Hymn Code, or what?

Well...This is just a little conjecture I'd make, but Aquagon confirmed Saki as the only γ-sublimated Reyvateil. That, and the possible role she might play in AT3 might explains the ZERO_CATEGORY in her "identification code". Finnel has the same identification code too, but hers makes mention of Clusternia (it might be her birthplace, development codename, etc.) In either case, the identification code is might be some sort of Reyvateil ID used in Sol Cluster to differentiate individual Reyvateils, or to differentiate Reyvateil race from humans as a whole.

Since I know about things more now, let me explain. That is indeed Saki's "true name", or more accurately called "control code". It's basically the same thing as your identification certificate. Now, Saki weren't supposed to have one of this, since she is the product of Archia's top secret research. She probably wouldn't need one if her creation can assure Clusternia's downfall, but since losing her means losing the Archia's most improtant asset, she was somehow registered into the documents.
Finnel's control code ends with "Clusternia", which at first glance implying that she's a generic Reyvateil, but any AT3 fans knew that's Finnel's actually stands pretty much equal with Saki.
