An image song for Ciel nosurge: Ushinawareta Hoshi e Sasagu Uta, which also doubles as a vocal rearrangement of the credits theme heard at the end of ts first chapter.

However, the instrumental version was replaced by this vocal version in the second chapter, though only with a couple of the vocal lines. The rest of the vocal lines were added with every chapter, with each section being somewhat related to the chapter in which it was added, and completing the full song with the twelfth and final one.

The only chapter in which this song isn't heard is during the credits roll that closes off Chapter 7, where it is instead replaced by the instrumental piece "Introductory Resonance -Ritual Prayer-". Additionally, it can be heard during the times Nay is dancing for the public under her stage name Pretty Berry.

The song shares parts of its lyrics with To the Songless Hill and To the Songless Hill -Harmonics Pre=Ciel-, though unlike them, this song is supposed to express the feelings Ion has at the end of Ciel nosurge's story, which is why the Japanese translation for the Emotional Song Pact lines hasn't been unveiled yet. However, Akiko Shikata herself stated the players should be looking forward to the time their translation is shown to the public.
