The most basic enemy in the game, as per the tradition of the series. Poms aren't very difficult to defeat, regardless of the difficulty setting in which the player is playing the game, and they are actually a good source of healing items early on, particularly if the player is playing through Hard Mode, in which they are much sorely needed. They can occasionally drop the attack power of the vanguards when they hit them, but as they are so weak, it isn't a true cause of worry.

TriviaEdit

All of the Pom-enemies were mistakenly called "Bombs" in the in-game encylopedia. However, their correct names are used in the enemy plates shown whenever the player is targeting a Song Magic during battle.
