らほーい、オリカだよ！ 毎回アルトネリコ３を面白可笑しくレビューするこのコーナー。前回はちょっと失敗しちゃったけど、今回も頑張ってレビュ ーするからね！ というわけで今回は、アルトネリコ３の特徴の１つでもある、多重人格システムについてのお話だよ。 |
Rahooi, Aurica here! Lately we've been doing a series of reviews of Ar tonelico 3 to make it cute and interesting. Last time we kind of messed up, but we'll try hard again this time! So, this time we'll talk about one of the special features of Ar tonelico 3, the multiple personality system. |

Question Corner[]
| 日頃から贔屓にしているゲームショップ、東京のチェーン店で、利用者を楽しませる、というのを信条に色々イベントを行ったり、店員のお気に入りのゲームの売り場を店員の手作りで装飾していたり、年に数回、ゲーム情報や店の近況などを面白おかしく特集する冊子等も無料刊行しているのですが、そこの地元の支店でアルトネリコ３が好きな女性の店員がいて、アルトネ３の売り場を綺麗にレイアウトしていて、更にそれが、冊子の「愛を感じるレイアウト」という部門で見事一位を獲得していました。何か見ていて嬉しくなりました。 (ハーモニ) |
There's this game shop I've been shopping at a lot lately, it's a chain store in Tokyo that has lots of different events in the name of amusing their customers, and the managers will make decorated displays for their favorite games, and they even put out a free pamphlet a few times a year where they have funny little stories about games that are coming out or news about the store, so one of the stores has a woman manager who really likes Ar tonelico 3, and she did this really nice display layout for Ar tonelico 3, and it got featured as #1 in the "Displays that make you feel the love" section of the pamphlet. I kind of want to see it now. (Harmony) |

| 健全だけど萌えるゲームをやろう……と思ってアルトネリコ……ＰＳ３がなかったので廉価版の２を購入、クリアしました！ 予想以上に設定も話も練られていたので満足しました。 ルカへのダイブはレベル１から激しく胸がドキドキするけど、何故か萌えはしませんでしたガ。 その後設定資料集に攻略本、サントラ、ヒュムノス蒼と購入……ゲーム本体３０００円に対し、こちらは合計で１万円くらい …… 値段以上の内容だったし、本当に欲しかったのでいいんですけど、なんだか微妙な気分にもなりますね。 (rei) |
So I figured I'd try a normal yet moe game... and so, I thought Ar tonelico... I didn't have a PS3 so I got the discount release of 2, and I just finished it! The setting and story were fleshed out a lot better than I expected, so I was very satisfied. My heart was pounding even at Luca's level 1 dives, but for some reason she just didn't make me feel the moe. So, then I got the settings materials book and the guide book, the soundtracks, and the blue Hymmnos concert... the game itself was only 3,000 yen, but everything else adds up to about 10,000 yen... It was worth more than I paid for, though, so I don't really mind, but... well, it's kind of a complicated feeling. (rei) |

Nah, he doesn't need that. Croix's the sort of man unconsciously who makes the heroines happy anyway, and he's too insensitive to know he's doing it. Maybe there's something a little funny about how he's doing it now, but it's not like it's totally destroying his character, so it should be okay to leave him be. |

I thought so, too. It's too easy to imagine her making some kind of half-hearted move and Croix not picking up on it because he's too dense, and then her turning all red, getting mad at Croix and storming off. |

| パージについての質問です。 作中「レーヴァテイルは脱ぐと強くなる」というような台詞がありましたが、ティリアは要所要所でわざわざリンケージを纏っていましたし、シュレリアもリンケージ状態の方が能力は上がっていました。 作中において実際にパージをしていたのは３人だけで、他の人物においては、それが負けられない戦いであっても、命がかかっていた戦いであっても、そういった描写はありませんでした。 パージとは具体的にどういった恩恵を受けられるものなのでしょうか？ また、パージが彼女たち３人にしか効果が無いのだとすれば、なぜティリアはその恩恵を受けられたのでしょうか？ ティリアの能力は「対話」であって「その恩恵を受ける」ことでも「その力を行使できる」ことでもなかったように思うのですが・・・。 (オボン又) |
I have a question about Purging. Last time you said something like, "Reyvateils get stronger when they take off their clothes", but Tyria is always wearing her Linkage, and Shurelia also gets stronger when she wears her Linkage. Only the three main heroines ever Purged in the game, and no-one else ever did, even when they felt they absolutely had to win or their life was on the line. What exactly does Purging do to a Reyvateil? And, if the three main characters are the only ones who can Purge, why is Tyria able to do it? I thought Tyria's special ability was "conversation" and "receiving blessings through it", not "being able to use other special powers"... (FunbuNU) |

前に編纂室の方でも詳しく説明しているんだけど、いまだに誤解している人が多いようだから、こっちでも説明しておくわ。 パージは惑星の意志を媒介としてアルシエル本体の集合意識から力を借りる術なの。すなわちＨ波的に惑星と直結している個体であればパージは有用だけど、普通のレーヴァテイルには全く無意味。 だから私はパージすればパワーアップするけど、シュレリアお姉ちゃんにとってパージは意味無いわ。ここを見た以上、いくらお姉ちゃんの事が好きでも騙して脱がしたら犯罪になるわよ。 それと、私がリンケージを装着するのは、戦闘中危ないでしょ？自転車に乗るときヘルメットを被るのと同じよ。まあ実際にはあまり意味無いんだけど。本当にリンケージが必要なのは、ＸＰシェルを制御したりするような、塔とのシンクロが必要な時だけだもの。 簡単に説明するとこんな感じよ。もっと詳しく知りたかったら、編纂室を覗いてみてね。 |
There's a really in-depth explanation in the last Technical Data Room, but it looks like there's a lot of people who don't really get it, so here we go. Purging is a technique to allow you to borrow power directly from Ar Ciel's Consensus using the wills of the planet as intermediaries. In other words, Purging works for those individuals whose H-waves give them a direct connection to the planet, but for normal Reyvateils it's pointless. That's why I can power up if I Purge, but it wouldn't work for Sis Shurelia. That's why you'd just be a bad person if you managed to trick her into taking off her clothes, no matter how much you like her. Also, the reason why I wear my Linkage in battle is because battle is dangerous, right? It's just like how you wear a helmet when you go biking. Well, it's kind of pointless, really. The only times I really need to wear Linkage are I need to synchronize with the Tower such as during the time I'm controlling the XP Shell. Anyway, that's the simple explanation. Since she would be configured to have a slighly broader browsing range in the SH-RAM, she might be able to have a deeper conscious mind than a normal human. You might call that kind of person an ESPer. |
