EXA_PICO Universe Wiki

The de-facto leader of the Sacred Army, who fights the party when they try to escape and put an end to his plans of executing the Hibernation Project.

1st Battle[]

Targana is decently fast and has pretty good stats, not to mention that he also has quite the variety of skills, although all of them hit only a party member. Veemente hits once; Piu Veemente hits twice; Fantastico hits thrice; Piu Fantastico hits six times; Feroce hits four times; Piu Feroce hits eight times; Brillante hits eight times; Con Amarezza hits twice; and Con Grazia makes him more aggressive and increases his stats. Additionally, Con Grazia is only used when his HP falls below a certain threshold and allows him to use all of his "Piu --" attacks, making him more dangerous. Con Amarezza it's the hardest of his attacks to block, not because of the number of hits, but because he temporarily disappears while using it, making the timing for blocking it very tricky.

Given that only Jacqli will be available for this battle; the player will have to rely on her in order to win the battle, so they should use Songs like Deadly Deadlene or Cutey ELMA in order to win, both at a Burst of around 30000%.

The Sacred Soldiers that accompany him here are slightly stronger than the common ones fought in the Rakshek Resort, but they still are easily defeated, so they shouldn't take long to dispose off to allow the player to concentrate in defeating Targana.

2nd Battle[]

This battle is the duel to which Targana challenged Croix to see if he would be allowed to make Cloche sing Implanta and restore the damaged memory of Infel Phira.

Given the above, only Croix will be in the party for this battle. This boss battle is divided in two parts: the first one will automatically end after three Defense Phases have passed, but the second part; which comes after the plot events triggered by the first part are finished, will be the real deal: Targana will have access to all of the attacks he had in the first battle, and while his HP is lower in comparison to said fight, the rest of his stats are pretty much unchanged, so the player will have to be very careful. Croix still has access to his Lv. 2 and Lv. 3 attacks in this battle without needing to boost Harmonics, but since he can't block due to not having a Reyvateil in the party, it'll be necessary to use restorative items when his HP falls too low. Likewise, if the player feels they could do better, they could synthesize or buy a few attack items and use them against Targana, particularly the ones that can inflict status ailments, in order to gain an advantage.
