A rather large improvement over the Armor Guard, these monsters have gained an immunity to Pain and ditched their Single Slash attack, which was replaced by a three-hit skill called Triple Slash. Therefore, they have gotten a tad harder to block due to the Triple Slash's nature and speed, so the player will have to be more attentive in order to avoid suffering damage from it. However, aside of this, they aren't different from the Armor Guards, so they shouldn't pose many problems to the player as long as they can handle their attacks.
