A rather large improvement over the Guardsman, the Armed Guard has higher stats and has the Stun Shot attack, which can Paralyze party members. However, his Full Auto skill is a Lv. 1 Stored Attack and hasn't any real differences from the Fast Shot previous Security-type monsters could use, so the same strategies can be applied against it, factoring in that you need to heal off Paralysis whenever it hits.
