A song that was created by Finnel and the Wills of the Planet for controlling Moocheriel and making it mass-produce Antibodies. However, and strictly speaking, this song isn't an Hymmnos Extract, and was actually improvised by Ar Ru, based of from the feelings she interpreted from EXEC_FLIP_ARPHAGE/.. So basically, it's a parody made by Ar Ru of the song that was supposed to destroy her.
It was sung after Aoto stopped Saki from singing Arphage, which would have taken either her life or Finnel's. After this, Ar Ru completely awakened, and began using Finnel's body to sing this song, making Moocheriel produce Antibodies and bestowing herself a body through the Heart of the Land that Cocona brought from Metafalss. Likewise, this is the song that plays in the first battle against Ar Ru.
According the Akira Tsuchiya, the title officially translates to Saintly Happiness, Change of the World, Salvation of Life from Carmena Foreluna, and it's pronounced Viibesu Miira. Also, while it seems that the song uses the Carmena Foreluna language, it's actually a corrupted version of the Ar Ciela language, which is due to the Wills of the Planet expressing their feelings through human-like vessels that are incapable of understanding or correctly pronouncing the Planet's language.
